"As a pastor for 46 years, I'm totally impressed and thankful for the honesty, fairness and communication skills of Roger. He not only did an excellent job of installing my new garage door, but accomplished it by getting me the best deal in the area that perfectly fit my budget. The outside keypad is great! I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a new door or just an upgrade or repair of their current door. Thank God for Classic Overhead Door of New England. We need more small businesses like this one!"

Good communication both before and after installation. Knew clearly what I was getting before the work was done and installer showed up on time and as scheduled. Installed doors look and operate perfectly. I will recommend to others looking for a garage door installer.

My new house garage door starting making noise recently. I called Roger in the morning. He returned the call in minutes. He came in early evening. I was impressed by his knowledge and skills. The job was well done. I will recommend him to my friends.

We used Classic Overhead Door last month to replace two garage doors and one garage door opener. Roger was excellent to work with, very professional and reasonable. He did a top-notch, quality job in record time (in and out in one day!). Our new doors look great and the new opener works perfect. We would highly recommend using Classic Overhead Door and Roger.

Have nothing but good things to say about this company. Called for an estimate and was quoted a price that was 10% less than other competitors. When I originally called it was later in the evening (around 7), and the call was returned within minutes. When the day arrived for installation, the work was completed quickly and professionally. My garage has some areas that are tight against the door and this proved to be no problem for this outfit. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a new garage door or service.

A spring broke on my garage door. I called Roger on a Saturday and left a message. He called back within minutes and had the door repaired that day. Beautiful!

Felt rushed during the repair call, technician could have spent more time in my garage.

Business Reply to this Review -- As a business owner with a busy schedule, it is important that a simple repair not take any longer than is necessary. Our fees are already lower than our competitors' and we usually have customers waiting. We take pride in being personable, professional AND efficient! Most repairs to a garage door or opener average 15 min. or less with the exception of more serious problems. Garage door repairs can be extremely dangerous or even fatal to the inexperienced homeowner, and should be left to the professionals, despite our ability to fix it quickly!!

Roger is a true professional, expert at his craft. Prompt quote and replacement scheduled and completed as promised. He was friendly and listens to his customers. He knows his product and was able recommend the perfect garage door and opener for our home. Looks great! We would highly recommend him to anyone considering a new or replacement garage door.

Fast, friendly and economical. I called on Saturday AM and he was here Sunday to make a temporary repair, before a snowstorm hit. Then came back promptly with the new springs. Economical. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended for fast service. Needed a quick door repair for a facility in Marlborough and was trying to find an overhead door vendor remotely. If the need arises from any of our facilities in the area, this will be a preferred vendor to utilize.
